“ I have lived at Legends Place for almost a full semester now and I have nothing but great things to say about the staff and living conditions. The staff is hospitable, kind, and very easily accessible. They also frequently hold events and give-aways for residents on social media, and even took the time to organize a resident appreciation week which was awesome. The living space is cozy, clean, and very reasonably priced compared to other apartment complexes in Lawrence where I have previously lived. The maintenance staff is also very cooperative and work diligently to fix any issues we have had in the apartment. Not to mention the pool and amenities are great. I truly believe Legends Place is one of, if not the best student-housing options in Lawrence. ”
